At Scent Decant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that due to the personal nature of our decanted samples, we cannot accept returns on vials that have been opened or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
