What is a fragrance decant?
A decant is a smaller vial or spray bottle filled with authentic perfume transferred from the original manufacturer bottle. This allows you to sample luxury scents at an affordable price before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all fragrances are 100% authentic. We never sell fakes, knock-offs, or imitations. Each decant is hand-poured from the original designer or niche bottle directly into our sterile glass atomizers.
How long will my decant last?
A 2ml sample typically provides about 30 sprays, a 5ml provides approximately 75 sprays, and a 10ml provides about 150 sprays. Depending on your usage, a 10ml bottle can last between 1 to 2 months.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance decants. However, if your order was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, please contact our support team for a replacement.
How should I store my decants?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your decants in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a drawer or cabinet.
